While visiting relatives who live at Modena, I went to visit the "Museo Casa Enza Ferrari" which was inaugurated in March of this year. There are two building to visit, the first being the birthplace of Enzo Ferrari and inside there is a reproduction of his office, complete with a picture of his son Alfredo on the wall. There is an interesting description of the origin of the famous Rampant Horse symbol which was first applied to Ferraris cars for good luck. After following a number of short videos taking you through the life of the great man, you proceed to the new futuristic building with the yellow finned roof which houses a number of interesting cars in a themed exhibition. All in all an interesting Sunday morning.
